Embedding Media

YouTube
Youtube allows us to embed code for videos that are on their excellent fast server. Just like the Google Maps, you can put any YouTube video on your web page. If you have video you want on your site, it can be uploaded to YouTube and then embedded on your page. As a sample, I've chosen this video tutorial for Google Webmaster Tools:
